“10 Mile Stereo” Fortnightly Playlist

Our running playlist is back and revamped with a fresh new look! After a few months of hibernation, we decided it was time to rev things up again and get back to plugging hot new tunes on the regular. Where the playlist was previously updated on a weekly basis, 10 Mile Stereo will be curated fortnightly, with a fresh new mix arriving near the top of every other week.

As you might have guessed, the name is derived from one of our favorite Beach House songs – a phrase that, to us, evokes a sense of far-reaching grandeur. It’s our hope that this playlist can be similarly widespread and all-embracing in its promotion of artists from all over the indie, pop, and DIY spectrums.

What kind of stuff can you expect to find on 10 Mile Stereo? We’ll be spotlighting everything from can’t-miss new releases to archival treasures and other current obsessions. The number one goal of this playlist is to facilitate music discovery and encourage fans to support the artists responsible for giving the world its good vibrations. Streaming doesn’t pay the bills, so if you need help finding ways to aid an artist whose work you enjoyed, please reach out and we’ll do our best to point you in the right direction.

This week’s edition features some of our favorite singles and album tracks from various 2021 projects, including Jeffrey Silverstein, Dante Elephante, Charley Crockett, Pearl Charles, Lael Neale, Silk Sonic, Japanese Breakfast, The Staves, BROCKHAMPTON, Madlib, Cactus Lee, Neil Young, and more.

10 Mile Stereo is available to stream on Spotify and Apple Music. Playlist artwork by Taylor Rushing.
